		<description>I am very much won over to the idea of lowering the GI of a recipe by adding lentils or other pulses. When we were little pulses were not on our radar, we used to be told they were &#039;peasant&#039; food, and now they are quite hip: all the better if they are so good for us! Am loving your recipes and especially the explanations of why they work. It&#039;s great to have the complexities demystified! Now I want to move on to your garlic info! </description>
