My brother’s fiance Annaliese sent me this recipe months ago, and we finally had the time to try it recently: with the perfect accompaniment, a delicious smoked salmon pie! Deeelicious!

    The low GI plan is working for me

    I have lost a stone in 6 weeks and as a type 2 have bought my sugar under control

      Hi John, I have certainly found that blogging helps with motivation…especially when the donuts (in my case it’s Italian deli ricotta filled donuts) start calling out my name…Your blog looks great!
